Job Role: Shopify/WordPress Developer (Remote - Philippine Based)

Work Schedule: Full-time, aligned with Australian timezone

Salary range: AUD / Monthly (based on experience)

Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is:
Our client is an innovative Australian interior design service that brings high-end expertise to homeowners nationwide through virtual consultations.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Shopify/WordPress Developer to join our growing digital team supporting a suite of high-performing Australian businesses in wellness, interior design, performance coaching, and lifestyle.
This is not just an execution role — we're after someone who takes initiative, contributes ideas, and confidently leads development solutions across platforms. You'll work alongside a creative lead, helping us build and maintain high-converting, beautifully designed websites that are fast, functional, and brand-aligned.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites using Shopify and WordPress
• Execute pixel-perfect builds from design files (Figma/Adobe XD/Photoshop)
• Integrate platforms like Active Campaign & Hapana, booking systems, payment gateways, etc
• Maintain high SEO standards, site speed, and responsiveness
• Build landing pages and manage ongoing content updates
• Work across brands and adapt to varying audience needs and creative direction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, strategy, and marketing teams
• Experience with Google AdSense, or analytics tools
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years development experience in both Shopify and WordPress
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of Active Campaign, SEO, and Google tracking tools
• Strong problem-solving and self-management skills
• A proactive communicator who brings solutions and ideas to the table
