Senior DevOps Engineer (Hybrid-Flexible Options) Apply to the Senior DevOps Engineer (Hybrid-Flexible Options) role at Broadridge. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will create, manage, and support the full suite of LTX Trading applications. You will work with development and infrastructure teams to design complex and secure business critical applications, automate manual work, and build scalable, highly available financial systems. Key Responsibilities Support and troubleshoot LTX Trading applications (High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Vulnerability Management, Incident Management, Patching and Change management). Analyze and provide feedback on system infrastructure and assist in implementation. Develop fully automated pipelines for Java and Python applications, building, deploying, and testing across multiple environments. Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and delivery in the cloud and on-premises. Automate DB schema creation and test data population. Understand the product’s codebase and architecture; work with hardware and software vendors for support discussions. Participate in cross-functional projects, handling ongoing issues, release schedule, and general system administration. Implement tools and dashboards for operational and capacity monitoring on the LTX Platform. Required Experience Write application code or perform system automation using Python or an automation framework such as Chef or Terraform. Containerize applications and build processes around creating containers and pushing them to an artifact repository. Troubleshoot deployment issues; emphasize automating processes over manual changes. Work with CI/CD systems, ideally using Jenkins. Understand general networking concepts and how requests are routed. Strong experience with UNIX/Linux. Experience with Kubernetes, preferably EKS. Required Skills Linux OS administration experience. Strong operations and service delivery skills, working with onshore and offshore teams. Shell scripting (Bash and Python preferred). Understanding of networking concepts. Monitoring tools such as Splunk. Experience working in an Agile environment. Support experience of customer-facing applications/systems. Experience with cloud-hosted solutions, preferably on AWS or Azure. CI/CD systems (Jenkins, Gitlab). Infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Chef). Version control systems (Git). Preferred Skills Experience with AWS services (EKS, EC2, ALB, S3, RDS Aurora, EFS). Financial systems support. Experience working in a matrix organization.
