Fluent in English and Tagalog, both spoken and written. Comfortable and confident performing in front of the camera; able to project a high‑end, professional image. Good at makeup and styling, with a basic understanding of skincare, makeup, and beauty trends. Familiar with TikTok and content creation, including trends, engagement strategies, and algorithm insights. Energetic, proactive, and open to feedback; passionate about beauty and continuous learning. Strong time‑management skills and ability to follow scripts and directions effectively. Excellent attendance and reliability; must be punctual and responsible. Able to join ASAP and willing to work on‑site (WFO) at our Makati office. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main on‑screen talent for TikTok and Instagram ads, confidently showcasing Glad2Glow’s skincare products. Perform scripted content naturally during video shoots and record engaging voiceovers for short. form videos. Promote and engage with social media content across platforms, actively monitoring audience interactions (comments, shares, etc.). Stay updated on skincare and beauty trends to help the team create relevant, appealing, and trend‑driven content. Conduct research on beauty industry‑related topics and identify customer needs to recommend new content ideas. Assist in organizing product samples and maintaining the shooting room.
