Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles.
  • Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries.
  • Negotiate prices and financing options.
  • Engage with customers, understand their needs, and showcase vehicles. Handle negotiations and paperwork.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Meet sales targets and report daily activities to management.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent service.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma in business or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced dealership environment, flexible hours, including weekends.
