Role Overview The Pricing Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial performance by developing and analyzing pricing models, evaluating business proposals, and providing actionable insights to senior management and global stakeholders. This position requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain pricing models, cost analyses, and profitability reports. Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to prepare competitive and sustainable pricing proposals. Analyze historical pricing data, market trends, and client requirements to recommend pricing strategies. Evaluate the financial impact of proposed pricing changes and assist in decision‑making. Support deal reviews, contract renewals, and RFP pricing submissions. Monitor revenue, margins, and key financial metrics to ensure alignment with business goals. Conduct variance and sensitivity analysis to assess pricing effectiveness. Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve pricing accuracy and competitiveness. Prepare presentations and reports for management and client‑facing teams. Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies, approval frameworks, and governance standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial planning, business analytics, or commercial finance, preferably within a shared services, BPO, or multinational environment. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, cost analysis, and profitability management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other analytics and visualization tools. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities. Familiarity with US Financial Reporting Standards (US GAAP) and corporate finance concepts. Strong communication and presentation skills for both financial and non‑financial stakeholders. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment. Willing to work on a hybrid setup in Northgate, Alabang. Preferred Skills Experience in pricing tools, ERP, or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP). Exposure to margin analysis, forecasting, or FP&A functions. Knowledge of business case development and ROI analysis.
