Regional Sales Manager

Overview The Regional Sales Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of his team towards the maximum achievement of sales targets. He/she is also responsible for implementing sales strategies including trade sales promotional programs, monitoring call frequency and coverage to increase the number of buying accounts, identifying new markets to improve product sell-outs from trade channels, and supporting new product sell-outs. Responsibilities Manage regional sales activities to achieve targets and drive growth across trade channels. Implement and monitor sales strategies, trade promotions, and programs to increase buying accounts. Identify new markets to improve product sell-outs from trade channels and support new product sell-outs. Salary & Benefits SALARY RANGE: P70k to P80k WORK LOCATION: Whole NCR WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Above average base pay, commission & incentive, service vehicle, fleet card, retirement plan starting at 5 years tenure, HMO plan, mid-year, year-end & special bonuses, commission and incentive, sick leave and vacation leave credits convertible into cash, birthday leave, rice ration/subsidy, uniform allowance, cellphone allowance, and more. Qualifications Graduate of any B.S. Engineering, Management, or Marketing course. At least three (3) to five (5) years managerial experience in sales environment specifically general trade or traditional sales within NCR. Proven sales track record and ability to manage a district/region handling a similar sales team setup. Experience using sales apps (internal or external). Experience from FMCG industry is preferred, construction industry experience is acceptable. Not more than 47 years old. Must be NCR-based. Willing to do full-time fieldwork.
