Duties & Responsibilities deliver promotional science-based messages on products that could support HCPs in meeting patient needs formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives spearhead planning and implementation of all CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, product presentations within the assigned territories develop and maintain target specialists, speakers and key/emerging opinion leaders (KOLs/EOLs) develop and update Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) as source of relevant information and guideline in planning MD calls and implementation of programs develop territory-based programs to improve understanding on assigned products monitor sales, product movements and competitor activities prepare and submit operational/admin reports ensure coordination with team members perform other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior adheres to company values and policies at all times conduct business to adhere with ethical standards Qualifications College graduate of a 4- or 5-year course With at least 2 years' experience as PHR Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Good interpersonal skills With valid Med Rep PRC With valid driver's license Willing to travel and be assigned in Pampanga, Tarlac, Bataan, Zambales Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines Work Location Assignment: Hybrid Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.
