Overview

Security Projects Support Analyst role at White Cloak Technologies, Inc. We are seeking a Security Projects Support Analyst to assist in the delivery of security initiatives across product lines and vendor engagements. This role is best suited for someone with a strong foundation in documentation and business analysis, who can also provide light project coordination support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of translating technical and business requirements into clear, actionable documentation. This role plays a key part in ensuring that security programs are well-documented, aligned with business needs, and executed efficiently in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This position reports to the Product Security Head.

• Documentation & Reporting: Own the creation and maintenance of key project documentation such as project charters, risk assessments, vendor evaluations, meeting notes, and status reports. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with internal standards and audit requirements. Prepare executive summaries and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for security-related initiatives. Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify needs, define scope, and identify dependencies. Translate complex requirements into structured documentation such as process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Project Coordination (Support): Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple teams. Support scheduling, meeting facilitation, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and progress. Help prepare materials for project reviews and stakeholder updates.
• Vendor & Compliance Support: Maintain documentation related to third-party vendors, including contracts, compliance checklists, and performance reviews. Support periodic vendor assessments and ensure alignment with security and procurement standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, legal, and procurement teams to ensure security requirements are integrated early in the development lifecycle. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Security Awareness & Enablement: Contribute to the development of security awareness materials and training documentation. Track training initiatives and support feedback collection and reporting.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Banking, Telco, Fintech, or Software Development.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in vendor management and contract coordination.
• Exposure to Information Security domains and project implementation.

• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Agile and Scrum, CX, and Product Development in Banking, Telco, Software, Consulting or Fintech.
• Demonstrated in-depth technical understanding, especially security domains, enabling quick assessments and effective discussions with stakeholders.
• Proficient in technical and functional writing with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Agile or Scrum Certification is an advantage; experience in agile software development and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in management and implementation of projects.
