We are seeking an experienced Accounting Head to lead and manage the full spectrum of accounting operations for a fast-paced company in the FMCG or non-food industry , based in Manila . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and cost analysis in a distribution or manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, AP/AR, inventory, and payroll. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process. Maintain compliance with local tax regulations, BIR requirements, and external audit standards. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency. Provide guidance to the accounting team and collaborate with cross-functional departments. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the FMCG or non-food sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel.
