Property Manager Job available in Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. Responsibilities Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants and owners. Paying property expenses, including taxes and maintenance costs. Reporting the property's financial status, occupancy, and expiring leases to owners. Meeting potential tenants, showing properties, and assessing applications. Advertising vacant properties. Inspecting properties and arranging repairs and new materials as required. Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate. Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations. Managing and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors for facility maintenance. Qualifications Degree in real estate, property management, business administration or a related field preferred. Experience as a property manager or in a similar role. Working knowledge of property regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. Understanding of marketing and accounting principles. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good customer service skills. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field is an advantage for properties with complex mechanical systems.
