Overview

We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistants (VAs) to support daily administrative, sales-related, and specialized tasks. Roles are remote and may involve CRM management, inbound/outbound communications, scheduling, reporting, and project support. Suitable for candidates with experience in virtual assistance, customer service, admin support, or related fields within BPO or professional services environments.

Responsibilities
  • Inbound Sales Support: triage and manage inbound enquiries via email, web, and phone; assign or escalate as needed.
  • CRM & Data Management: update and maintain CRM/database hygiene, ensure accurate notes and timely data entry.
  • Admin & Calendar Support: schedule meetings, follow-ups, and maintain calendars.
  • Quoting & Admin Prep: help prepare basic quotes, proposals, or admin documents for review.
  • Follow-ups: send follow-up emails/SMS and maintain communication trackers.
  • Routine Reporting: assist in creating and maintaining weekly/monthly sales and admin reports.
  • Campaign Overflow: provide admin overflow or ad-hoc consultant support during busy campaigns.
Qualifications: General
  • 1–2 years of experience in Virtual Assistant, Admin, or Customer Support roles.
  • Background in BPO or professional services is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Comfortable working with CRMs or database tools and quick to learn new systems.
  • Reliable internet connection and home working setup.
  • Available to work with overlap during Australian business hours (Sydney time).

  • Account and Billing Virtual Assistant – Part-time role focused on medical billing tasks including claims, eligibility checks, and reporting.
