Overview Job Title: Temporary Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist Location: Remote Duration: 90–100 Days (Paternity Leave Coverage) Start Date: August 18, 2025 We’re more than just a brand — we’re a movement to make life smell way better. We’re looking for an experienced AR Specialist to join our finance team temporarily, keeping our receivables process smooth and our relationships strong while one of our team members is on paternity leave. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash application, and collections. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions in accordance with accounting standards. Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and improve AR processes. Communicate professionally and effectively with customers to ensure timely payments. Provide regular AR aging reports and updates to management. Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards. Qualifications 3+ years of professional AR experience (mid-to-senior level; not a junior role). Solid understanding of accounting principles. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive, adaptable personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar).
