Responsibilities Lead one cross-functional team focused on part of SAVii’s financial services, drive the roadmap, prioritisation, and problem-solving. Report to the Product Director for this role and manage business stakeholders and teammates to create products that delight customers. Develop and implement product strategies aligned with SAVii’s vision. Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps. Understand constraints and standards, explore state-of-the-art approaches while staying practical. Build a strong cross-functional team and ensure adequate resources to solve product challenges. Analyze processes and user journeys, identify pain points, and set product objectives. Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products. Manage the product lifecycle from design to implementation, testing, release, promotion, monitoring, and support. Prioritise initiatives and ensure products are launched correctly and on schedule. Measure and track product usage, impact on end users, and progress of product objectives. Collaborate with engineers to review technical design and ensure suitability for current and future initiatives. Qualifications Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements: Engineering experience or a high level of technical proficiency is required. Experience in product management. Knowledge of Agile principles, cadences, and the ability to implement them. Strong business and technical vision. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of the solution development cycle and ability to ship solutions on time. High level of abstraction and ability to find simple solutions to complex problems. Exceptional customer relationship skills with the ability to see beyond feature requests to understand the underlying problem. Experience in emerging economies is ideal. Nice-to-have Qualifications: Experience in B2C lending across different financial products is a plus. Experience with Core banking systems or other complex financial systems. Being located in Manila is a plus.
