Software Engineer II

Position Title: Software Engineer II (Full Stack Engineer) Work Set Up: On‑site Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga Quick Rundown The Software Engineer II will be responsible for working across a variety of technologies to develop enhancements as needed from visualization to back‑end stored procedures. This includes integration of a wide range of applications via API’s (Application Programming Interface) or other integrating tools as needed. This role will work with product owners, architects and/or vendors to understand business opportunities or issues and collaborate with the team to develop best‑in‑class solutions. What You’ll Do Core Functions Creates technical solutions to business problems as needed Codes or configures per solutioning agreement Has a general understanding of the test plan and assists in testing as required Collaborates with the product team to synthesize business problems with technological opportunities Integrates best practice processes wherever possible Reviews and troubleshoots issues; assists with completing root cause analysis and solution Completes knowledge transfer from vendors to all ATC to support tools collaboratively as needed Agile Development Partners with the team to break down and complete work in an iterative, collaborative fashion Breaks down epics and features into stories Refines stories with scrum and Kanban teams to ensure understanding of value to be delivered and clear acceptance criteria Reviews the quality assurance testing plan to ensure completeness for each story and to determine which will go into general regression where appropriate Reviews all stories with product team members to ensure acceptance criteria are met Data & Technology Demonstrates the ability to stay up to date with current trends and technology available that may add value to ATC Understands how digital first companies leverage data and what ATC will need to do to stay competitive Looks for and proposes opportunities for ATC where technology or data can be used in novel ways to competitively differentiate or accelerate ATC growth, market share and/or margins Collaboration Actively participates in discussions to solve business problems and works with the team to develop a step‑by‑step approach to create solutions Creates and contributes to a safe working and sharing environment that encourages team member participation Listens, learns, and integrates multiple perspectives into solutions Articulates understanding of various perspectives, debates the value of each with the team and participates in driving the group in a forward direction Mentors other level one engineers and IT team members What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 2-4 years of experience in core technologies and at least three core applications: NET Core, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Azure, Azure Synapse, REST APIs ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) – Manufacturing / WHMS / Forecast / Planning / Order Management (Oracle Fusion preferred) Finance System / Procurement (Oracle Fusion preferred) RPA (UI Path preferred) BPA (MS PowerApps preferred) Cloud data warehousing and analytics (Azure / Synapse preferred) CRM (SF.com preferred) PLM (Centric preferred) HRMS (UltiPro or Oracle preferred) DTC (Google Analytics, Amazon, Shopify, etc.) CLM (DocuSign preferred) EDI (Cleo or Oracle Fusion preferred) Reporting (PowerBI, SalesForce, Oracle Fusion preferred) Proficiency with Atlassian Jira issue and project tracking software Experience with DevOps tools for CI/CD Skilled in software development version control and code management 1-2 years of IBM RPG system programming Background in AS400 or iSeries environment Knowledge of EDI and implementing EDI communications between EDI tools and business systems Experience with PHP programming is a plus Why You’ll Love Joining the CO Fam At Clark Outsourcing, we’re redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
