We are seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Prince Retail Group of Companies. As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our commercial property portfolio through strategic leasing initiatives. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with an experienced and innovative team in the exciting real estate and property industry.

What you'll be doing
  1. Proactively identify and secure new lease opportunities for our commercial properties
  2. Negotiate and prepare lease agreements with prospective tenants
  3. Manage existing tenant relationships and ensure contract compliance
  4. Maintain detailed records and provide regular reporting on leasing activities
  5. Support the development and implementation of the company's leasing strategy
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience specializing in Leasing, in retail industry or similar duties
  2. Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with real estate management software
  6. Enthusiasm for the real estate and property industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
