We are seeking a qualified and experienced strategic-minded Senior Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and direction to our finance team while working closely with our group finance and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Overseeing and governing the preparation of Management accounts Assist with the division budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning process Ensure the company is always compliant in relation to transfer pricing Management of transactional finance Fulfilment of daily finance requirements of the organization Coordination with HR on policy making and implementation and Payroll processing Coordination with Operations Managers regarding billables Establish, implement, and document accounting processes in order to scale more efficiently and effectively Ensure compliance with tax requirements Develop, measure, and maintain key financial metrics Oversight and operational management of operational bank accounts Management of cash flow forecasting Finance team management Candidate Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting Accrual basis accounting working experience Experience in systems and procedures Logical, systematic approach to understanding and improving processes Ability to understand, interpret and report on all financial areas Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
