Territory Manager | Ophthalmology drugs

Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell ophthalmology products to doctors, hospitals, and clinics within assigned areas. Conduct regular visits to ophthalmologists, optometrists, and healthcare professionals to build strong professional relationships. Organize product presentations, detailing sessions, and promotional activities to increase product awareness. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent territory coverage. Maintain accurate records of sales calls, territory activities, and customer feedback. Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and materials. Participate in medical conventions, symposia, and training sessions when required. Qualifications: At least 6 months of experience as a Medical Representative/Territory Manager (experience in ophthalmology drugs). Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships. Goal-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently in the field. Willing to handle specific territories and travel as needed. Must possess a valid driver’s license and can drive a manual car. #J-18808-Ljbffr
