RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acted as SME for Autosys and FeedHub within AO, supporting enterprise-wide batch operations.
  • Managed, monitored, and troubleshooted Autosys/FeedHub jobs on Unix and Windows servers.
  • Automated batch processes using shell scripting, PowerShell, and job dependencies.
  • Handled incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning of job flows.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to onboard new feeds, optimize schedules, and improve resilience.
  • Maintained documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer for operational support.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Support Engineer
  • Autosys and FeedHub
  • Unix and Windows
  • will serve as SME for whole AO, need skilled resource
