Sourcing Candidates: Actively seek out and engage potential candidates by attending job fairs, recruitment events, community outreach programs, and utilizing local networking channels. Screening Candidates: Conduct initial interviews, assess resumes, and evaluate qualifications to determine if candidates meet the job requirements. Building Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with local organizations, educational institutions, and other entities to build a pipeline of potential candidates. Qualifications Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is often preferred, though experience may substitute for formal education. Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is typically required, especially experience in a field or on-site recruitment role. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and network with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment efforts at once, maintain accurate records, and handle scheduling efficiently.
