We are seeking a highly experienced Care Coordinator / Nurse to join our team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time position will play a crucial role in providing field services and supporting our recruitment efforts within the healthcare and medical industry.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and manage the care of patients, ensuring seamless service delivery

Conduct field visits and assessments to evaluate patient needs and provide appropriate care

Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of healthcare professionals to support our client's staffing requirements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Liaise with healthcare providers, insurers, and other stakeholders to coordinate patient care

Provide support and guidance to patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey

Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care

What we're looking for

Hold a degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or a related field.

Have at least 2 years of experience in care coordination, field services, or recruitment.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers

Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other healthcare-related software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on problem-solving and critical thinking

Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
