This Role Is for You If…

  • Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions across multiple client accounts
  • Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, ensuring accurate invoice processing and timely payments
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist with BAS & IAS preparation and lodgement
  • Oversee payroll processing, including tax withholding and superannuation
  • Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies and gather financial documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Australian tax regulations
  • Use platforms like Xero, MYOB, and other accounting tools to manage financial data

This Role Is for You If You Have:

Experience:

  • 2–3 years in bookkeeping/accounting, ideally within an Australian tax practice
  • Proficient in Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with tax compliance and payroll software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Able to work independently and collaborate within a team

Education:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping
  • Bonus: Certifications in Xero or MYOB
