Monitor payment runs and resolve discrepancies. Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline P2P processes. Prepare regular reports on P2P performance, open POs, invoice aging, and payment status. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
