Overview

We’re the team behind Tailored Canvases, one of the hottest personalized wall-art brands, plus other creative start-ups. Our 80+ teammates work from mainly the Philippines and North America, all connected by one mission: making art that brings joy to people’s lives.

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer to create high-impact image ads that drive big ROAS across our brands—Tailored Canvases, WonderMe.com, and TellMyTale.com .

Responsibilities
  • Design scroll-stopping Facebook ads and campaign visuals for multiple e-commerce brands.
  • Keep branding tight while testing bold, conversion-driven ideas.
  • Rapidly build and refine concepts in Figma/Photoshop.
  • Use AI tools to scale ad creative and speed up production.
  • Work closely with the CEO and marketing team to turn campaign goals into winning ads.
  • Spot trends fast and bring new ad ideas that convert.
Qualifications
  • A creative powerhouse with 5+ years of design experience, ideally in e-commerce or personalized products.
  • MUST HAVE proven Facebook Ads design experience —you know how to stop the scroll and make people click.
  • Master of Photoshop & Illustrator, with bonus points for Figma, Canva, or other creative tools.
  • Obsessed with making ads pop through color, typography, contrast, and bold composition.
  • Quick on concepts, fast at iterating, and able to deliver stunning, conversion-driven visuals under tight timelines.
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, etc.) to spark new creative ideas.
  • Strong eye for detail and able to pick the right images, layouts, and words to make ads stand out.
  • Excellent communicator in English—you can sell your creative vision as well as you design it.
  • Organized and reliable, able to juggle multiple projects while keeping quality sky-high.

Application & Hiring Process
  • Initial Application: Complete the form provided by the company.
  • Paid Design Challenge: Selected candidates will be asked to create 3–5 image ads using provided assets and examples. You will be compensated for this test piece.
  • Portfolio Review: Shortlisted candidates will have a brief call to discuss design experience, tools and availability.
  • Final Interview: Meet our CEO and design team to discuss your test work, creativity and fit with our culture. An offer will follow for the top candidate(s).
