You will help us design logos, Power Point Presentations, and print media, and to think creatively, and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts. You will identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness. Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect our brand with our online customers through your designs. About Stratus Financial At Stratus, we believe in helping aspiring student pilots at all levels of experience and training achieve their dreams of flight. We do this by providing loans at reasonable rates and flexible payment plans to students who want to become pilots, flight instructors, etc. If you’re passionate about helping others achieve their dreams of flight, and you’re a tech-savvy trendsetter who has innovative ideas to improve customer experience, we would like to meet you This position will be responsible for: Study design briefs and determine requirements Schedule projects and define budget constraints Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Understand project requirements and concepts Maintain updated records of the videos, images, and guides that we use Research and recommend new ideas for strengthening our brand Skills: English: BUSINESS WRITING SKILLS Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas Highly proficient in all design aspects Professionalism regarding time, cost and deadlines For this position, you should be creative and comfortable working with a team. Job type The ideal candidate will also have experience working remotely in a fully-online environment as well as time management skills required for this role (which includes being able to work independently without much supervision).
