About the Role We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage digital marketing campaigns. This role is crucial in promoting our brand, products, and services through innovative and strategic online initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Lead and oversee digital marketing campaigns from ideation to execution Develop and implement online marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising) Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and ROI Collaborate with internal departments (sales, finance, etc.) to align marketing strategies with business goals Manage advertising contracts and negotiate deals with external vendors Lead, motivate, and supervise marketing staff to ensure high-quality campaign execution Stay updated with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing with strong expertise in SEO/SEM, email, and social media marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills in measuring and optimizing campaign performance Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with proven experience managing marketing teams (3+ members) Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) Must have the legal right to work in the Philippines Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, or retail industry is an advantage What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional growth and career development A dynamic and supportive work environment Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies for digital marketing initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
