Handle and resolve low to moderate tax issues in daily operations. Assist in resolving complex tax issues. Draft tax memoranda, BIR ruling requests, protests, and legal briefs. Possess thorough knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations. Review tax-related reports and returns prepared by Accounting Shared Services, including: Quarterly income tax returns Reconciliations and schedules required by BIR/BOC examiners for tax audits Documents for submission to BIR/BOC examiners Participate in tax planning for the Jollibee Group. Job Qualifications Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy. Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree / Currently pursuing Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required. At least 5 years of experience in Tax practice with Accounting/Tax Firms with at least three (3) years experience in handling of Tax functions in private/ multinational companies. Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid set-up) Jollibee Foods Corporation is the hiring entity for this requisition.
