Overview

Treasury/Accounting postings and support roles in the Philippines and remote/work-from-home arrangements. Multiple postings cover accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, tax compliance, and related accounting duties for local and international operations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accounting records for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using internal spreadsheets and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks Online, SAP).
  • Prepare and issue client or supplier invoices; monitor payment status and follow up as needed.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and accounts; support month-end/year-end closings and financial reporting (cash flow, P&L, balance sheet).
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist with annual audits; ensure regulatory compliance (GST/VAT where applicable) and local GAAP/IFRS compliance.
  • Process tax returns and prepare budgets/forecasts; support cost control, budgeting, and financial analyses.
  • Assist with payroll, intercompany accounting, and multi-currency considerations where required.
  • Provide ad-hoc administration and process improvement support to finance teams; ensure documentation is well-maintained.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in accounting/bookkeeping roles (2–3+ years for some postings; 1 year minimum for others).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks Online, SAP) and MS Office (Excel).
  • Knowledge of GST/VAT, IFRS/GAAP, and multi-currency environments is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Experience Highlights by Role
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable, 1–3 years (Required for some postings).
  • General ledger maintenance, month-end close, and financial reporting experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Xero, QBO) and Excel; ability to handle multi-entity or regional setups.
