Responsibilities

  • Assist in various building construction tasks, including framing, roofing, and finishing work.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
  • Perform manual labor tasks as required, including lifting and carrying materials.
  • Participate in site clean-up and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in building construction roles.
  • Proficiency in planning and forecasting, costing, surveying, and structural design, along with strong presentation skills and knowledge of contract specifications.
  • Oversee construction projects, prepare budgets, coordinate site surveys, develop structural designs, and ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Primarily office-based with frequent site visits, requiring adherence to safety regulations.
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
