Qualifications

  • Proficiency in planning and forecasting, costing, surveying, and structural design, along with strong presentation skills and knowledge of contract specifications.
  • Oversee construction projects, prepare budgets, coordinate site surveys, develop structural designs, and ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Primarily office-based with frequent site visits, requiring adherence to safety regulations.
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
