Job Summary The Transplant Coordinator (TC) manages all aspects of organ transplantation for MMC transplant recipients, including clinical and procurement duties. Responsibilities include maintaining and managing the transplant recipient database, collating and synthesizing patient records for organ matching, communicating and educating patients’ families, and collaborating closely with the healthcare team. Duties & Responsibilities Review transplant policies and ensure compliance with accrediting standards. Create and maintain a database of transplant recipients and donors, including medical records and follow-up visits. Coordinate with hospital departments for workups, clearances, and requirements prior to organ procurement and transplantation. Qualifications Registered Nurse Member of the Philippine Nurse Association (PNA) At least three (3) years of clinical experience Applications are welcome.
