Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week, 8 hrs per day, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM from Monday to Friday, 1 hr lunchbreak.

Responsibilities:
• Work with outside head-hunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in outside sales.
• Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program.
• Source job search websites for potential recruits and contact those Candidates personally.
• Interview potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques.
• Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process.
• Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees.
• Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of Human Resources or any related course
• Must have experience in a BPO company.
• Must have a strong communication skill.
• Willing to work 8 hours a day

Salary Structure:
• Monthly Basic Salary: PHP25,000.00 to Php30,000.00
• 13th Month Pay: Prorated

Place of Work: Unit 901/902 One Trium Tower 6324 Filinvest Avenue, Filinvest Corporate City Alabang 1781 Muntinlupa City.
