Salary Range: Open Work Setup: Hybrid Shift Schedule: Day Shift Location: Taguig City The Role We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead who will own and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for lateral and niche roles across the organization. This position plays a key role in building strong talent pipelines, driving hiring strategies, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruitment professional with a deep understanding of market dynamics, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder partnership — capable of managing complex hiring needs across specialized domains. Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to deliver on hiring targets and maintain a high-performance culture. Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and provide continuous feedback and development support to team members. Foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the talent acquisition function. Strategic Recruitment Ownership Own end-to-end recruitment for lateral and niche positions, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality talent. Partner with business and functional leaders to understand current and future workforce needs, translating them into effective hiring plans. Act as a key advisor to management, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive benchmarking. Build and sustain a strong external network to attract specialized talent in key business-critical areas. Sourcing & Stakeholder Partnership Design and implement advanced sourcing strategies leveraging multiple channels — including LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and direct headhunting. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, assessment criteria, and recruitment timelines. Manage and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners/vendors. Drive exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Reporting & Process Improvement Oversee recruitment dashboards and analytics to track hiring progress, performance, and pipeline health. Optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital tools to enhance efficiency and data accuracy. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, sourcing mix, and cost efficiency. Contribute to employer branding initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice in the industry. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity. Demonstrated success in managing lateral and niche hiring across technical or specialized domains. Proven leadership experience managing a team of recruiters in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of lateral and niche hiring across technical, professional, or specialized roles. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability. Ability to lead through change, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under pressure. Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and MS Office tools. Strong business acumen and ability to translate hiring strategies into measurable outcomes.
