Responsibilities
  • Support Data Science projects by identifying applications and contributing to market research with actionable data insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and statistical analysis is a plus.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights to support business decisions.

Job Description

Overview: Product Management Analysts analyze product performance data to drive actions across operations, sales, marketing, pricing, and other front-line functions. They report to the Head of Product Management and communicate actions to relevant teams to improve performance.

Key Accountabilities
  • Understand product performance data in detail and interpret sources and implications.
  • Complete KPI analyses by product, service, process and channel according to pre-set KPIs.
  • Communicate performance analysis to address issues with centers and functions.
  • Build and improve algorithms to run data analysis on KPIs using company data.
  • Suggest new KPIs and approaches to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with departments to improve analysis and presentation of products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years data analytics experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • SQL and Python skills highly valued.
  • Excellent reporting and writing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities; strong time-management skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders with varying interests.

  • Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
