Overview

Position title: Head, Product and Portfolio Management Department. Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. Senior-level leadership role responsible for managing a team focused on the development of consumer loan products through campaigns and offerings, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and credit policies.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains product program manuals covering all aspects of each product or service, including benefits, market environment and competition, target market, pricing and profitability, distribution, resource requirements, commercialization/marketing and promotions.
  • Provides market and competitive scans, evaluating the comprehensiveness, competitiveness and marketability of consumer loan product offerings.
  • Acts as overall manager of online platforms and digital communications.
  • Conducts leads nurturing functions such as pre-screening, recommendation for approval and completion of loan documents.
  • Collaborates with Analytics, Brand, Communications and Marketing Technology Group (ABCMTG) for above-the-line or below-the-line promotion, advertising and targeted campaigns to increase sales and product take-up (e.g., cross-selling).
  • Prepares campaign profitability analysis versus promo and marketing spends.
  • Works with ABCMTG to craft end-to-end lead generation processes and customer journeys for campaign launches and ongoing marketing.
  • Leads test programs to assess market effectiveness and augment the consumer loan portfolio.
  • Manages leads from online sources and supervises campaign execution (e.g., call-out team, hiring/training project hires, daily monitoring of campaign stats vs. KPIs, MIS reports for post-mortem).
  • Monitors campaign uptake and recommends changes to ensure campaign KPIs and metrics are met.
  • Recommends and develops new product offerings aligned with evolving market needs and ensures their marketability.
  • Coordinates with Compliance, Information Security, Anti-Money Laundering, Office of the General Counsel, and/or Business Systems Divisions on product- and policy-related matters.
  • Drives the department’s internal and external audit findings to resolution; prepares data supplementary to regulatory reports.
  • Performs other related functions as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • At least 6 years of proven experience in developing and managing consumer loan products and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills in market research, product profitability, and performance metrics.
  • Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and digital platforms.
  • Deep understanding of banking regulations, credit policies, and compliance coordination.
