Responsibilities

  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Document processes and solutions to create a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
Qualifications
  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
  • Strong understanding of system integration and data flow within Oracle applications.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Oracle CC&B.
  • Familiarity with database management and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Knowledge of application support best practices and methodologies.
Additional Information
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
