We add value with our people, client service ethos, global delivery strategy, technical ability, and attitude. We now seek a Mechanical BIM Engineer to be based in our Manila office. Responsibilities Coordinate mechanical BIM models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to eliminate clashes. Develop, modify, and maintain BIM models for mechanical systems using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software. Ensure all models adhere to project-specific BIM execution plans and company standards. Assist in the design of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and schedules for mechanical systems using BIM tools. Conduct clash detection and resolution using software like Navisworks. Perform regular model audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to understand project goals and deliverables. Provide support and guidance to team members on BIM processes and software usage. Generate and update mechanical BIM-related reports, drawings, and schedules. Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle. Keep up to date with the latest advancements in BIM software and methodologies. Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in BIM workflows. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 3 years in BIM modeling and coordination. Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, and/or institutional design sectors. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Mechanical discipline), AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. Knowledge of mechanical codes, standards, and regulations. Familiarity with clash detection and resolution processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit is preferred. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
