What You Will Do As a Process Engineer, you will support our Customs Clearance and Industrial Systems operations by designing, improving, and deploying business processes across multiple geographies. You will analyze data, map processes, and provide data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and regional stakeholders. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data, and present clear, data‑driven insights. Develop reports, business proposals, and improvement cases with actionable recommendations. Map, design, and continuously improve end‑to‑end business and customs clearance processes. Lead and manage cross‑functional projects, applying Lean Six Sigma and structured problem‑solving techniques. Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, IT, and Analytics teams on forecasts, automation, and process integration. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are prioritized and delivered on time. You Will Be a Great Fit If You Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in process engineering, business process improvement, or customs operations. Strong data analytics, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Advantageous: Lean Six Sigma, Python, SQL. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
