Account Manager

Responsibilities Develop deep understanding of high‑value customers’ business needs. Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations. Work proactively with Customer Success to drive product adoption and retention. Identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities for additional features or services. Own end‑to‑end renewal process, ensuring timely contract renewals. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to mitigate renewal risks. Monitor upcoming renewals and craft strategies to secure renewals. Negotiate contract terms and pricing aligned with customer and company objectives. Build strong relationships, turning customers into product advocates and driving referrals. Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in SaaS account management, renewals, or customer success. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools. Customer‑focused passion for delivering exceptional service. Detail‑oriented and organized. Proactive problem solver with positive attitude. Thrives in fast‑paced dynamic environment.
