Overview Marketing Insights and Analytics Specialist - SPayLater, SeaMoney Credit Monee Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Responsibilities In charge of topline plans, goal-setting, and overall strategies of their Marketing Insights sub-team Leads, manages, and inspires all Marketing Insights sub-team members to perform well following the Shopee standard and values at all times Takes command responsibility for the performance and development of all Marketing - Insights sub-team members, and the achievement of all team KPIs and targets Prepares reports on business performance, including but not limited to postmortem analyses on initiatives and day-to-day performance trackings Takes an active role in data analysis and interpretation, ensuring a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness of the data presented Provides recommendations based on actionable, data-driven insights with the clear objective of improving business performance Conducts routine audits of data storage systems and databases, conducting many tests and analyzing the results before devising new solutions or finding ways to enhance data management solutions Drives continual optimization of the sub-team Collaborates and coordinates with Regional & Local Business Intelligence, and Marketing Campaigns Qualifications Bachelor's degree graduate. Consumer insighting / qualitative research background will be a bonus At least 7 years of work experience in a marketing-related industry, with experience in data analytics, report creation, and presentation to stakeholders. Must also have people management experience. Adept at simultaneous macro and micro management Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (written and spoken) Strong grasp on numbers, and highly proficient in Excel Works swiftly, able to pivot quickly with changes in management direction, and manage sub-team deadlines with or without supervision Displays ownership over one's work, successes, and mistakes Accountable and responsible for all deliverables Honest, transparent, and has integrity in all aspects of work Emotionally intelligent and with good interpersonal skills Able to be creative operationally and strategically Able to follow directives to the letter and also think for themselves Thorough; attentive to details; highly proactive; resourceful; logical; critical thinker; has a growth mindset; team player Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
