Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
  • Experience with bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with office administration tasks, including procurement and record-keeping.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero, or SAP.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
Administrative Skills
  • Ability to manage office supplies and maintain filing systems.
  • Support HR-related tasks like attendance tracking and employee records management.
  • Coordination of meetings, document preparation, and handling correspondence.
