UI/UX Designer

Overview

We are looking for a self-starting UX/UI Designer who is not only highly skilled in design but also thrives in fast-moving startup environments. The ideal candidate will take ownership of design decisions, collaborate closely with leadership, and bring vision to life with actionable, production-ready designs.

• Lead the end-to-end design process for our SaaS platform (onboarding, checkout, dashboards, landing pages, multi-level access app).
• Create intuitive, user-friendly experiences with a “less is more” approach that makes complex data simple, descriptive, and actionable.
• Translate wireframes, sketches, and business requirements into polished designs and prototypes.
• Design with adaptability in mind, ensuring the platform can respond to user behaviors (clicks, flows, engagement patterns).
• Build a Kanban-style visual experience for core workflows (to-do, in progress, done).
• Collaborate directly with the CEO/Founder to prioritize features and iterate quickly.
• Work with developers to ensure seamless integration into a tech stack that includes ReactJS, TypeScript, Tailwind, and CSS.
• Mantain confidentiality and security awareness, given the sensitivity of data in the cybersecurity space.

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, ideally in SaaS or B2B applications.

Strong portfolio demonstrating dashboard design, onboarding flows, landing pages, and app-level design with persona-based access.

High level of comfort working independently and taking initiative in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Experience designing less than 30 screens/pages for MVPs or full production SaaS products.

Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and ability to hand off developer-ready assets.

Understanding of Kanban-style boards and visual task management flows.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (ReactJS, TypeScript, Tailwind, CSS) is a plus.

Cybersecurity design experience is a nice to have, but not required.
