Patient Service Representative (Spanish Bilingual) We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our growing healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients through phone, email, and other communication channels. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments accurately and efficiently. Verify and update patient information and medical records. Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and service requests with professionalism and empathy. Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow. Assist with billing, insurance verification, and payment processing. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations and company policies. Requirements At least 2 years of experience as a Patient Service Representative or in a related healthcare administrative role specializing in Gastroenterology. Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with scheduling systems, EMR/EHR software, and basic office tools. High attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure. Work-from-Home Device Requirement Device: Personal computer with Intel Core i5 or higher , or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher . Internet: Wired connection with at least 50 Mbps download speed, plus a backup connection (e.g., mobile hotspot or prepaid Wi‑Fi).
