Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Propose new product concepts to internal counterparts, assist in design and
coordination of new processes, and secure buy-in of key stakeholders
2. Conduct product briefing with internal units, maintaining active communication with the
sales network, replying to product related requests, solving non-standard issues
3.Responsible for collecting product requirements from various teams and conducting
relevant communication and feasibility analysis.
4. Continuously track and understand the latest features of various banking apps/e-
wallets and conduct competitive research on new functionalities.
5. Creates end-to-end user and system flows, Conceptualizes and executes the features
and functionalities of the banking digital systems.
6. Manages the functionalities and conducts Acceptance Testing pre-production release.
7.Collaborates with technical teams for timely product delivery
8. Provides feedback to business stakeholders and top management

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
2. At least 5 to 7 years of Product / Project Management experience
3. 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager from Technology, Fin-tech,
Finance or Banking industry is highly desirable
4. Candidates who have strong experience in the local market KYC process are huge
advantage
5. Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in an agile framework
6. Strong team collaboration spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility, high execution
ability, and resilience under pressure.
7. Preference will be given to those who can use Chinese as a working language
