Minimum of 2 years related working experience
Preferably with driver's license, Must know how to drive

Knowledgeable in basic MS Word or MS Excel

Knowledgeable in basic purchasing of maintenance, construction, transportation items

Can work under minimal supervision.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.

Sets up and maintains confidential files and keeps correspondence and reports available for reference.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions

Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.

Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

Prepares materials and make arrangements for meetings as required.

Basic Purchasing of maintenance, construction and transportation items
Provides administrative support to other executives as needed.

Ensures that the processes are delivering their intended outputs
