Fieldwork Coordinator / Controller Hybrid working (3 days in the office)Location: ManilaAbout the Role: Key Responsibilities Project Management: Attend project briefings and clarify objectives, timelines, quotas, and methodologies with the research team. Recruitment Oversight: Manage recruitment of respondents (HCPs and consumers) through screening, coordination, and supervision of interviewers. Interview Execution: Conduct and oversee interviews, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to ethical standards. Questionnaire Review: Check and refine questionnaires for logic, flow, and clarity prior to field deployment. Quality Control: Monitor fieldwork performance, conduct back-checks, and ensure compliance with data collection standards and pharmacovigilance procedures. Data Support: Code open-ended responses, assist in data cleaning, and coordinate with data processing teams to ensure accuracy. Administrative Support: Prepare contracts, review freelancer documentation, and assist with project-related administrative tasks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Research, Social Sciences , or a related field, ideally. At least 2 years of experience in market research fieldwork coordination or similar roles. Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies . Excellent organizational, communication, and people management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online survey tools is an advantage. Ability to multi-task , manage timelines, and maintain high-quality standards under pressure. Why Join Us?
