The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end leasing process, ensuring smooth application handling, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies and industry standards. This role involves working closely with prospective tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service while meeting business targets. Key responsibilities Manage the leasing application process from start to finish. Review and process tenant applications, verifying required documents. Explain lease terms, conditions, and policies to prospective tenants. Ensure compliance with legal and company leasing standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lease agreements. Coordinate with property management and internal teams regarding move-ins, renewals, and terminations. Provide excellent customer service and handle tenant inquiries professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in leasing, property management, or a related field. Strong understanding of the leasing process, tenant applications, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in leasing/property management software is an advantage. Non-negotiable skills & requirements Must have direct leasing experience. Must understand the full leasing process from application to lease signing.
