Qualifications: • College graduate of any course • No prior non-voice experience necessary—we provide comprehensive training • Strong written communication and organizational skills. • Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with non-voice support tools and systems is a plus but not required. • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (Words Per Minute). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
