Warehouse Process Engineer

Overview

Expert specialized in a specific high-tech area of knowledge for industrialization/manufacturing (Lean Manufacturing, MTM, Ergonomics, Line Design, MPH, Simulation Tools, Cost Analysis, Value Stream, etc.). Ensure the right process in terms of Capacity & Utilization, Quality & Cost of Warehouse and equipment, to ensure the right Delivery and more Productivity from the factory, while cross-coaching to improve the Knowledge, Skill, Capabilities, and Efficiency of Team Members. Involve activity of RnD contribution: Designing new process to meet economic and technical demand. Design and construct trial production lines. Conduct Product processing activities based on self-developed technology.

• Driving performance.
• Lead and deploy all warehouse processes in compliance with LEAN and SPS.
• Drive continuous process improvement and cost reduction programs.
• Develop, motivate, and challenge people to achieve targets.
• Implement the SPS system.
• Global architecture for Warehouse.
• Waterspider loop design and optimization.
• Organize evacuation of finished goods and waste.
• Ensure reliability of warehousing time definition.
• Ensure safety and ergonomics conditions in warehouse and material handling activities.
• Define and involve the information system in line with the principles set out in MPH & Warehouse.
• Aim to achieve the targeted SPS Score and maintain it for the year through continuous improvement tools and techniques; participate in standardization deployment with benchmarking and knowledge sharing.
• Adapt continuous improvement approaches to the MPH and Warehouse to optimize safety, quality, lead time, and cost.
• Execute ME functions according to business objectives and policies & procedures; continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the functions; drive down total cost of manufacturing including cycle rates, headcount, administration expenses, and material scrap.

• Graduated from Technical University, or Technology and Education University (Major: Industrial Engineering, Industrial System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics).
• At least 5–6 years of practical experience in the advanced manufacturing field; minimum 5 years in a similar position.
• Experience in line design, Kaizen activities, process improvement, and Lean concepts.
• Skills & knowledge: strong management and coordination, planning, leadership, technical skill; proven track record in driving corrective actions and implementing change; excellent communication skills with high potential in Lean, Six Sigma, leadership, and process development; extensive knowledge of industrial engineering philosophies and processes.
• Personal traits: strong communication skills, decisive, organized, good analyst, passionate; team player with good relationship to regional team and engineers; fluent in oral and written English; entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented, flexible and proactive; clear identification with company goals, high initiative and positive thinking.
• Ensure safety training for subordinates.
• Work location: Rosario, Cavite.
