Job Description

We need a talented and curious individual to challenge the way our teams work and push the boundaries of product design at Tuncarp. As a Prompt Engineer, you will guide and coach AI systems to create content and designs that align with the needs of business users and customers.

You should have a deep understanding of how various AI systems work and be able to write commands that guide AI in creating content and designs. You will need to be curious, flexible, and willing to experiment, with design industry knowledge across strategy, design, and content.

  • Write clear and concise commands for AI systems to create copy and designs for digital products
  • Research the latest AI tools relevant to design agencies and explore use cases at Tuncarp
  • Conduct market research with AI tools
  • Work with the Strategy and UX team to define the digital strategy for our clients
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the design and content design process
  • Work closely with the design and copywriting teams to ensure that the AI-generated content meets client expectations
  • Conduct trainings internally to help the team understand the power of AI and how it can accelerate their work
  • Introduce AI workflows in the design team across research, design, video, and content production
Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in the digital space (agency background a plus)
  • Fascinated by AI
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Skilled presenter
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Strong grasp of the digital landscape and technology
  • Examples of your writing that showcase your writing capabilities and projects
