JOB OVERVIEW

The position is responsible for collating and analyzing financial and operational data concerning Hitachi Solutions in APAC. It provides support for management reporting and other ad-hoc financial reports required by the Head of Finance for APAC.

Reports to : Assistant Vice President (AVP) Finance - APAC

Employment Type : Full-time, permanent

Work Schedule : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Location : Full-time work from home (until further notice). Office address is in BGC, Taguig City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyzing financial data
• Researching macroeconomic and microeconomic conditions
• Preparing accounting and other required reports and projections based on the analysis performed
• Establishing and evaluating records, statements, and profit plans
• Identifying financial performance trends and financial risk
• Coordinating with other members of the Finance team to review financial information and forecasts
• Coordinating with Operations Team to provide qualitative information on financial results
• Providing financial models
• Making financial forecasts

TASK OUTPUT

• Working Paper Templates on Budget and Monthly Rolling Forecast based on Adaptive System
• APAC Budget Worksheets per ODIN Entity and Consolidated
• Monthly Monitoring Report of Actual vs. Budget per Entity and Consolidated
• Monthly Detailed Rolling Forecast
• Any other ad-hoc analysis reports for Head of Finance or Top Management

Qualifications

• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience (preferred)
• Experience across various aspects of accounting and finance

The Finance Manager reviews financial reports and recommends ways to improve profitability. Forecasts capital requirements and procures funding; oversees treasury and consolidates funds from all branches. Prepares financial forecasts and coordinates with management for budgeting, tax planning, and risk management. Builds relationships with banks for loans and facilities. Ensures strong internal controls and compliance with government authorities. Supports management reporting.

Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Schedule: 8 hour shift

13th month salary; Manila commuting requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA preferred but not required
• 5+ years in accounting/finance; 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Experience with multiple legal entities and construction industry experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with accounting software
