Join the Quality Assurance Engineers team to ensure product quality and compliance at the company. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures. Conduct inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Ensure existing quality systems, standards, and rules are implemented, reviewed, and evaluated for effectiveness. Drive problem-solving and root cause analysis to eliminate non-conformances. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions. Review changes to specifications, processes, and systems for appropriate change control and evaluation. Ensure meticulous performance of Incoming Quality Control and Outgoing Inspection procedures. Maintain an effective document management system for traceability and easy retrieval of quality records. About You Candidates should have: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Control. A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office, and strong documentation abilities. Fresh graduates are also accepted. Benefits Competitive compensation package. 13th month pay.
