Join the Quality Assurance Engineers team to ensure product quality and compliance at the company.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Ensure existing quality systems, standards, and rules are implemented, reviewed, and evaluated for effectiveness.
  • Drive problem-solving and root cause analysis to eliminate non-conformances.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Review changes to specifications, processes, and systems for appropriate change control and evaluation.
  • Ensure meticulous performance of Incoming Quality Control and Outgoing Inspection procedures.
  • Maintain an effective document management system for traceability and easy retrieval of quality records.
About You

Candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Control.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office, and strong documentation abilities.
  • Fresh graduates are also accepted.
